150 Cans per minute (CPM) CANNING MACHINE

The Aluminium / Steel Can Machine line consist of Semi Automatic Depalletizer, Can Rinser, Pre-Mixer (for Carbonated Beverage), Filler, Seamer, Can Warmer (for Carbonated Beverage), Pasteurizer, Carton Case Packer/Encaser, Can Conveyor, CIP System, Ink Jet Coder, Liquid Level Detector, Blow Drier and Electrical Cabinet.

300 CPM CANNING LINE

The Canning Line (filling-seaming) consists of Semi Automatic Depalletizer, Can Rinser, Filler, Seamer, Pre-Mixer, Can Warmer, Pasteurizer, Empty Can Conveyor, Full Can Conveyor, Accumulation Table, CIP System, Ink Jet Coder, Liquid Level Detector, Blow Drier, Electrical Cabinet and Carton Case Packer/Encaser.

500 CPM CANNING LINE

The Beverage filling line consists of Automatic Depalletizer, Can Rinser, Filler, Seamer, Pre-Mixer, Can Warmer (for Carbonated Beverage), Pasteurizer, Empty Can Conveyor, Full Can Conveyor, Accumulation Table, CIP System, Ink Jet Coder, Liquid Level Detector, Blow Drier, Electrical Cabinet and Carton Case Packer/Encaser.

The filler and Seamer are combined into a Monobloc. The Seamer is driven and synchronized by the Seaming Machine to ensure stable liquid level. The distance from filling to seaming is shortened to decrease the oxygen content inside the sealed cans. All liquid contact parts are made up of stainless steel and the gap between the seaming rollers can be adjusted by a special mechanism to ensure best sealing quality.

The pasteurizer and Can warmer (for carbonated beverage) applies chain mesh with high tensile strength, high temperature resistance, good water through capability and smooth running with PID temperature control system having high precision and sensitivity capabilities.

The carton case packer is a fully automatic machine produced with introduced technology from Germany. The machine consists of function units as Can Conveyor, collation, packing, case forming, glue spray and electric & pneumatic control. The machine can be easily changed to suit different Can sizes. The key parts are imported to ensure machine stability and reliability.

The Can Conveyor system is interlinked with machine units of the production line to control running speed thus to avoid jam and deformation caused by Can squeezing against each other. Full line is made up of stainless steel which acknowledges rigid and durable class of the Canning Machine. The pre-mixer is a unique unit for carbonated beverages, made up of stainless steel featuring high ratio precision and thorough CO2 dissolving capabilities. Key parts are imported to ensure the machine stability.
